1. STRATEGY & GOVERNANCE

The program is anchored in the organization with KPIs and baselines from day one.
We identify objectives together with you and support integration into People & Culture and ESG reporting as needed.
Follow-up, reporting and documented ROI are part of the delivery.

Professional presentations from a gynecologist give participants concrete insights into what happens in the body and brain during menopause and how hormones affect energy, sleep, concentration and work capacity.
The goal is for participants to act proactively and make knowledge-based decisions about their menopause.
If you need an assessment or hormonal treatment, individual consultations can be offered through health insurance.

Each participant receives a personalized training program based on their wishes, time, physical capacity and baseline measurements.
The focus is on building muscle mass, strengthening joints and reducing inflammation and pain.
Routines are built so participants can continue on their own after the program.

Nutritional guidance posts with dietitian to support energy, blood sugar stabilization and hormonal balance.
The guide is based on dietary principles that are proven effective during menopause, including anti-inflammatory diets and vitamins that strengthen and prevent.
Possibility of individual consultation if needed via health insurance.

Through yoga, meditation and breathing exercises, we work on stress reduction, sleep quality and recovery.
Studies show that these methods can reduce cortisol levels and alleviate symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep problems and inner turmoil.
The program includes joint and balance exercises in accordance with KISO, the University of Copenhagen's recommendations for menopausal women.
Routines are built gradually so that participants can continue after the program and maintain the effect in the long term.

Blood pressure, BMI, muscle mass, body fat percentage and relevant blood markers are measured at start and end. The measurements give participants concrete insight into their health and development and form the basis for a targeted program adapted to the individual's needs.
Participants consent to anonymized data being shared with the company for impact measurement and ESG reporting. This provides the company with documentable evidence of the program's effect at the organizational level. For moderate to severe hormonal problems, an individual consultation with a gynecologist is offered via health insurance.
